Andrea Corr

Andrea Jane Corr MBE (born Andrea Jane Corr) is an actress, singer, songwriter and musician from Ireland. Corr, along with Caroline Sharon and Jim, began their career with the band as The Corrs' lead singer in the year 1990. Andrea Corr is Irish singer-songwriter musician. The Most Excellent Order of the British Empire was conferred upon Andrea Corr, and she's also well-known as the leader of The Celtic Folk and Pop-Rock band The Corrs. As the lead vocalist and multi-instrumentalist of the Corrs, she is also their leader. Andrea began her acting career in the year 1991. Later, she became an experienced musician and performer on stage. Singer for the playback in 1998's Warner Bros. animation film The Quest for Camelot. Andrea's studio album of six is complete with two compilation albums including three live albums as well as a remix album. In addition, Andrea has also received awards for her work in the field of humanitarian aid. Andrea is married and has two children to her stockbroker. Andrea started her music lessons with the Tin-whistle. Gerry introduced her to playing piano. Andrea can also play the ukulele. In her teens, she spent time working on her technique. She worked alongside her sisters and brothers in order to sing for the group. Andrea attended the 'Dun Lughaidh Convent as a child and frequently took part in school performances.
